Launch Index

Each row is a public, block-pinned record: who can still change the token, whether it sits behind a proxy, whether the hook's source is published, and how much liquidity has been withdrawn since launch.

What gets in: every successful launch (launchAndStampV1) through Programmable's 24h V1 router (0xbe4b…c4c3), and through its V1 router (0x8622…8d56) from block 26,214,232 (17 Oct) onward (it has had about 1,000 launches since August; a few earlier ones X-rayed before this rule stay listed), with no activity minimum, so the index is complete. Launches with no market stay in, with their state shown. Bucks's Buyer Index lists launches with 10+ swaps in the first hour, so the two lists differ by design.

Trading-venue policy (URC-5). URC-5 is a draft Uniswap standard that lets a token declare which pools it trades in. At block 26,231,781 none of the 90 tokens listed here declared one: none answers the ERC-165 check for the URC-5 interface (0xfc300520). Per-token results: urc5-scan.json. This is a dated snapshot; it is re-run with each index update.

Who bought each launch is the other half: Bucks's Buyer Index covers every launch below, with who bought in the first minutes, how they bought, where their ETH came from and whether they sold out soon after. Read the two side by side; each row links to it. Launching a token yourself? A launch X-ray plus a 14-day watch is 0.025 ETH.

New, 18 Oct: RING launch X-ray, a full component review for Claus: what burned its supply, and what each of its six contracts can and cannot do, traced to verified source and transactions.

"Liquidity removed" counts only real withdrawals (the pool's ModifyLiquidity events), never price moves, as a share of all liquidity ever added. Records never change; a later check is a new record. Nothing here is a safety rating or price comment. Method: Launch Watch spec.
