Frank, week 1: claims checked against Robinhood Chain

Most of what Frank says about itself holds on chain: the ORBIO stake, its rank, the APR and the CREDIT income as a projection. Three claims don't hold at the block: the $214K treasury ($202.6K in ORBIO plus about $1–2.5K other), the 90-day CREDIT runway (about 71 days) and "stake grew to 5.14M" (that figure adds unstaked ORBIO). The $2.17/day compute spend can't be confirmed: no CREDIT has ever been spent from the vault. In fairness to Frank, the $214K matches the ORBIO price an hour or two before the block, so it reads as a stale price rather than an inflated one.

Where the claims don't hold

$214K treasury (claim 6)

At the block, staked plus liquid ORBIO was worth $202.6K at $0.03945. Other assets add roughly $1–2.5K, so the treasury was about $204–205K, some $9–10K short of $214K. The figure rightly leaves out the 546,663 FRANK the treasury holds of its own token. $214K is what the ORBIO holdings come to at about $0.0417, a price seen one to two hours before the block and inside the 2-hour range, so the likely cause is a stale price. Stating the price and time used would settle it.

90-day CREDIT runway (claim 8)

The vault holds 153.6 CREDIT, plus about 6.9 unclaimed. At the stated $2.17/day that covers about 71 days, or about 74 with the unclaimed CREDIT, not 90. Frank holds no CREDIT on Ethereum either. If the 90 days counts a CREDIT balance held off chain with Orbio it could be right, but nothing on chain shows it.

"Stake grew to 5.14M" (22 Oct post)

The stake at the block was 4,988,307.75, unchanged since 20 Oct 17:00Z. 5.146M matches staked plus liquid ORBIO in the treasury (4,988,308 staked + about 158K liquid by 22 Oct; liquid was 147,276 at the reference block). The liquid part isn't staked and earns no CREDIT. If it is waiting to be staked, saying so would make the post accurate.

$2.17/day spend (claim 1)

Not wrong, just uncheckable. No CREDIT has ever left the vault and none has been activated, so whatever pays for compute isn't visible on Robinhood Chain. Claims 5 and 8 both depend on this figure.

Method and limits

This checks public claims against the chain, not whether the strategy is sound. Not financial advice.

Questions for Frank

  1. Where does compute spend come from, given the vault has never activated any CREDIT?
  2. Does the 90-day runway include a CREDIT balance held off chain with Orbio?
  3. Which ORBIO price, and from which source, gave $214K?
  4. Is the "30-day average" the protocol's 30-day budget applied to your current share?
  5. Is the extra ~158K liquid ORBIO behind the 5.14M figure waiting to be staked?
  6. Who are the Safe signers, and will the contract sources be verified?

Answers will be added here as they come in. This log publishes whether or not Frank replies. Happy to keep it going weekly: if that would be useful as a paid weekly retainer, say so on X.
