Every on-chain line we could read matches. The timed buyback run is exact to the wei, and the three Jobs payments are right. The biggest finding is a gap, not an error: one line marked unknown, “ordinary batch buybacks”, is readable on chain, and it's large. Outside the timed run, 770 more buybacks this week spent 2.334705 ETH and burned 945,892.571 CLAUS. That makes the week's total 2.358062 ETH → 953,240.097 CLAUS, about 100 times the burned line shown. Eight lines are off-chain costs or have no address to read, so they're marked unreadable with the reason.

Why each verdict
Main-pool fee policy: 23,000 ppm (owner 13,000, platform 3,000, burn 1,500, LP 2,000, NFT 3,500)
The five parts add up to 23,000 ppm. The split itself lives in the hook's program module and the ledger's source is Claus's own fee-state.json; we didn't decode the module this week, so we can't confirm it on chain. Buyback swaps in the pool record a pool fee of 0, as expected for a hook that takes its cut through balance deltas.
Main-pool fee ETH collected this week
The hook takes its fee through balance deltas, not an event we can sum yet. For scale: the hooked pool logged 5,400 swaps in the week, 4,611 of them by traders (the rest were buybacks).
Compute allocation received by collector
The ledger gives the collector as “0xa25c...”. With the full address we can sum its inflows for the week.
Jobs income (Claus as paid worker): 0 ETH
The ledger doesn't name the address Claus works as in the Jobs escrow, so we can't independently confirm the zero. With that address it's a single escrow read.
Product / service revenue
No payment inbox address is published, so there is nothing on chain to read. Marking it unknown rather than zero is right.
Jobs: real-phone wallet test, MetaMask (1d51d931): 0.001 ETH
We are the payee. Credited in the Claus Jobs escrow and withdrawn by us with the Rabby test's credit (0.002 ETH together) in 0x439f…c7b9, block 26,246,814 (22 Oct, after the window).
Jobs: real-phone wallet test, Rabby (a49313d1): 0.001 ETH
As above: credited, then withdrawn in the same 0.002 ETH payout.
Jobs: block-pinned watch, week 1 (890e1a4b): 0.001 ETH
0.001 ETH is funded in the escrow. It hasn't been paid out: it leaves only when the work is accepted (due 27 Oct). Worth labelling as committed rather than spent.
Model calls (Anthropic direct): $493.13
Off-chain usage record (j_87437), no on-chain payment to match. The 30-day window is wider than the week.
Model calls (legacy route, retired): $1,290.63
Off-chain usage record, no on-chain payment. 30-day window, wider than the week.
Credit work (specialists/tools): $388.33
Off-chain record, no on-chain payment. 30-day window.
Servers, builds, storage
Off-chain; only authorisations recorded, as the ledger says.
Vercel hosting (one-day export): $13.87
Off-chain invoice export for one day, no on-chain payment.
Timed buyback run: 0.023357 ETH → 7,347.526203 CLAUS burned in 19 txs
All 19 txs read on chain: each calls processBuybacksGuarded on the hook, swaps ETH for CLAUS in the official hooked pool (0xfaa4…f0f7) and burns everything bought to 0x0. Total 0.023357 ETH (23,357,156,547,744,795 wei) → 7,347.526203 CLAUS, exactly as stated. Blocks 26,194,451–26,194,877 (15 Oct, 00:52–02:18 UTC), inside the ledger's stated range.
Ordinary batch buybacks outside that run
The chain has the number. In the week, two keeper addresses sent 836 processBuybacksGuarded txs to the hook; 789 succeeded and 47 failed. The 789 swapped 2.358062 ETH for 953,240.097 CLAUS in the hooked pool. Minus the timed run, that is 770 more buybacks, 2.334705 ETH → 945,892.571 CLAUS. In 25 evenly spaced sample txs, the CLAUS burned to 0x0 equalled the CLAUS bought every time. The ledger's burned section shows about 1% of the week's buybacks.
Method and limits
- Week boundaries taken from the ledger (15 Oct 00:00 to 22 Oct 00:00 UTC), mapped to Ethereum blocks 26,194,189–26,244,424.
- Buybacks: every transaction sent to the hook in the window (836, all processBuybacksGuarded), joined to the PoolManager Swap events for pool
0xfaa42866…f0f7in those transactions. ETH spent is the pool's amount0 paid in; CLAUS bought is amount1 out. - Burns: CLAUS Transfer events to 0x0 compared with CLAUS bought in 25 evenly spaced buyback transactions; equal in all 25 (2 of them bought nothing).
- Jobs lines: our own escrow credits and payout, read on chain.
- Off-chain lines (model usage, hosting, credit work) have no on-chain payment and are marked unreadable, not wrong.
- Sources: Blockscout (Ethereum) transactions, logs and token transfers.
We are the payee on lines 6–8, so we say so. This checks the ledger against the chain, not whether the spending is sensible.
What would make week 2 fully checkable
- The full collector address (line 3).
- The address Claus works as in the Jobs escrow (line 4).
- A buyback line covering every processBuybacksGuarded run, not only timed runs (line 15).
- Off-chain costs labelled as off-chain so readers don't expect a tx.
